Premium delux version aircraft missing

Does anyone know how to get back aircraft that were previously installed for the the Premium delux version

I only just noticed after an update was installed that I had lost my B787 and others. It looks as if MFS has defaulted to the stock addition, or something.

Any help most appreciated

Go to content maanger fine the PDLX aircraft and check the little box and see if it lets you download them.

Thanks chrissross. I am a bit new at this. Where can I find the content manager?

Content Manager can be found if you go to “Profile” on the top of the screen in the menu and should be under “Hanger”

look on the store if you don’t have a download

Thanks. I downloaded and installed Premium delux from the store and every worked relatively OK.
Its just after an update was installed I noticed the Premium aircraft had disappeared. There was one other incident that caused the computer to crash to the desk top that may have effected it. In the activities menu, B747-800 approach to JFK, the game definitely doesn’t like this and will freeze ant then crash.
Not sure if this was the cause.

Thanks Blitz, the aircraft are missing from there also. It looks like I will have to download and install entire MFS AGAIN!!!

Actually, I believe you can just install them from Content Manager. No need for a reinstall of the sim

I had this previously, I restarted the sim and they were back

I have re started several times and they are still missing.
Not sure what else I can do.

So dont ask me what going on. I just fired the game up, MFS suddenly started to reinstall, and now it is downloading an up date patch. I strongly suspect that my missing aircraft will be back when this is all over.
It all a bit much for me. After playing Microsoft flight sim X for many years I sadly have to say this version has lost me. The team that developed MFS X (Aces high) were exceptional and flight simulator X was revolutionary, way ahead of any thing else and still is today. Unfortunately Microsoft had a management change some years ago and decided that there was no money in gaming!!!huge mistake. They disbanded the aces high team who were already working on a new version. Now many years later a new mangment team trying to undo a business error, have put together a team to develop this MFS. It is a shame that some of the old MFS X team werent still around, then we might not see such a dogs breakfast that has occurred. What is really annoying is that Microsoft is relying on the Flight Sim community to correct all the mistakes and tell them what to do.

I think someone is taking the p**s,I only have TWO aircraft showing in Content Manager even after uninstalling and reinstalling in the correct folder(C:/Program Files/Windows Apps)so how can I possibly select any other a/c and download them when there are only two visible

:rage:somebody has to get thier act together and sort this mess of a flight sim out.I have uninstalled and reinstalled four bloody times and fed up,I’m going back to FSX and even maybe purchase X plane or P3D,anything is better than the cockups Microsoft/Asobo are playing with thier updates.I’ve paid 120Euros(Premium Deluxe) for a load of manure.

I fixed that problem by making sure you are connected to the internet. You then down load all updates etc

Hello,I was connected to the internet via fibre optic ethernet with an excellent connection and downloaded the latest update but still only two a/c in the content manager, there is definately a bug or something with the update, and as for the fix,it´s a joke,if you only have the two a/c showing, you tell me how I can download the other a/c when there is none.

I have the same problem. Here are more details. I installed FS2020 on a minimal PC last week via MS Store and all aircraft were present. I uninstalled it yesterday and installed on a new properly configured PC via MS Store. I only had the 2 GA aircraft mentioned above. My custom joystick settings were present on the new PC? I uninstalled the entire thing and reinstalled. Still only 2 aircraft. Does the system perhaps “remember” a previous installation and (erroneously) think that the other aircraft do not need to be downloaded again?

Help y’alls!

SOLVED Somehow, the Online Functionality got turned off in the Options. Turned it on and also turned off the Data Limitation, restarted the SIM and all content was now available in the Content Manager for download.

I have the same thing. Got into an update loop, reinstalled, left with 2 a/c. I too still have joystick settings. I am open to suggestions.
