This is not in the MS store anymore. Is there no way to upgrade?
Might want to take a look at these two closed posts as they might contain info in regards to what your looking for.

If you want to upgrade to either the Deluxe or Premium Deluxe editions of MSFS and already own the standard version then such an upgrade has to be purchased in the in game marketplace, not the MS Store.
@erocfx Is the upgrade option missing in the in game marketplace?
