No issues for me, they worked really well and have no scratches. Maybe you should ask for a replacement. My ones for Reverb G2 arrived a month ago and it was a huge difference, feels 4K 
No, the lenses are great. It’s my headset that has this smearing. I have to sort that out.

I just ordered a set for my Reverb G2. I’m excited this is being offered - using the headset with glasses is just a pain, with constant smudges and fogging, plus I can’t use my everyday glasses because the frame is too big. This is a genius idea - I hope it works as advertised.
Can confirm. Works great. No regrets on this purchase. The VR Optician from Germany took 8(!) total days from order to delivery, and less than a week for production and shipping. The competitors are way longer lead time. I upgraded the lenses with the blue light filter (bc why not) and I have an average script with minimal astigmatism in both eyes.
It’s a clearer view and I guarantee it feels so much more comfortable wearing the headset without glasses. I would consider myself a very picky consumer who tends towards buy once, cry once vs. best value for money, and if I’m very pleased with this and believe I got value for money, I feel confident recommending the product to anyone looking for something like this.
The only downside, and it was mentioned earlier in the thread, is that if you have multiple users, you will have to swap them out, whereas one of the other brands has an installation mount and magnetic lenses that are very easy to flip in and out without removing the gasket.

I just ordered via WIDMOvr for my G2 yesterday, mostly based on positive experiences with the company when ordering for my Rift CV1 in 2017. They still had my current rx on-file. Will advise turn and quality once received.

Just got the order. 5 days from placing order to delivery. Not bad considering it was an international shipment from Germany. I just did a test flight and the experience is so much nicer than wearing glasses!
The G2 is sort of like glasses so it was glasses within glasses. Now it’s just glasses, like in real life!
