I’ve searched through the past threads where people have had this issue. It’s happening to me today for the first time. I haven’t found anything that works to get around it. Rebooting, signing in and out of XBox app, signing in and out of Microsoft Store. It’s all guesswork and hasn’t helped. Any help would be appreciated.

I got it fixed. If it happens to anyone else, this youtube video helped. In particular, it seems like fixing the services did the job.
