Pressure readings (ATC/ATIS/METAR) and airplane instruments need to be location based and interchangeable between InHg and hPa/mbar

In the current state, the game gives ATC and METAR information in inches of mercury exclusively which is a legacy system used previously by FSX.
This, however needs to be changed, as only US, Canada and maybe a few other countries (I don’t know if there are more and which countries) that actually use inches as a pressure measurement. The rest of the world uses hPa/mbar (interchangeable). The game needs to take this into consideration and give ATC instructions, ATIS/METAR and other reports in the measurement that is used in that country/airspace.

Also, people are suggesting that some airplanes and the current state of their instruments/avionics do not allow both measurements (e.g. Garmin G3000), or make it hard to switch between the two (vaing to go into the menu and find measurements option which is not user friendly to change and customize before each flight depending on the location).
Also, I’ve noticed personally that the tooltips for the altimeter setting can be confusing. Example: Flying Cessna 172 which has an instruments that shows both pressure values, but the tooltip being wrong for the location I’m currently flying in.

Suggestion: Since MSFS already uses real-time data from Meteoblue, why not just use the raw measurement that the services provide?
I doubt that Meteoblue feeds MSFS with inches data for Europe. I would instead assume there is some legacy global conversion that has been carried over from FSX that needs to be removed or overridden.

For the plane instruments, would it be possible to make a simple switch in some of the toolbar sections on top of the screen to just have a quick toggle between InHg or hPa? This would change the reading for glass cockpit screens, change the scale for analog altimeters if they’re not already supporting both and change the tooltips as well.
