On my old computer through the marketplace I purchased Rovaniemi by MK studios. After a house fire my old computer was written off.
Reinstalled MSFS on my new computer and all my previously purchased products are there except for Rovaniemi which is no longer shown as owned and asks me to purchase it again.
How can i trace my original order back and resolve the issue?
Edit: Issue solved. Turns out I brought it through Orbx and not direct from the market place!!
