When asked to increase the altitude the atc keeps increasing the altitude requested to no end

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
No mods or addons installed -
Description of the issue:
Was flying at flight level 290 and wanted to change to flight level 400 after asking the atc for an increase of 10k feet and after acknowledging the instruction the atc gives another new flight level higher and asks again to acknowledge and never stops.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you? (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue.
1.start a free flight with a pre made plan
2.go to cruising altitude
3.ask the atc for an increase of altitude
4.acknowledge the instruction
5.The atc enters a loop
