Hi, I have a problem. Every time I click on an item in my library, somehow the program freezes and never responds. So can you tell me specifically how to fix the problem? Because I am afraid I think deleting some files off of my PC’s file explorer uninstalling some programs caused the problem so I am afraid I ruined it.
