I have encountered problems importing SimBrief flight plans into all of my PMDG mods (777-300ER; 737-700 and 737-800). From the PMDG flight tablet, I get a message that my SimBrief number is incorrect or I have not generated a flight plan. However, my number is correct (and is operating in other software, e.g. Navigraph) and I have generated a proper flight plan (also recognized in Navagraph). This issue popped up for the first time today – I have not encountered it before. The problem persisted after I reinstalled the PMDG mods and rebooted MSFS 2020 several times. Anyone have a solution?
Hi,
Please report this in the Navigraph forum. The chance of getting a correct answer is much higher, and I hope you are with me, but this is a Navigraph-specific question.
Thank you
Richard
The issue is not with SimBrief itself but with what is entered in the PMDG EFB. In the SimBrief Alias field you must enter your SimBrief username, not the numeric SimBrief Pilot ID.
Thanks. I finally figured that out, having not had to deal with the issue since the mods first came out, I had forgotten.
