Problems with Age verification MSFS2024

Hi everyone,

I tried verifying my age via the website and it said I don’t need to verify my age so I launched MSFS2024 only to be stuck with an age verification prompt

I’m 54, Reside in Malta and I have checked all my Account details and its all correct.

I can launch MSFS2020 fine with no problems its only MSFS2024 doing this.

Can someone please help ? Its extremely frustrating.

Go into xbox and microsoft and verify the country you live in. It only applies to UK citizens

That was one of the first things I did. All account details are correct.

This is what this guy did. Other than that I don’t know what the issue is. If you have done this :man_shrugging:
