Good morning, could you help me solve something, it turns out that I have to install a thrustmaster brand joystick. the TCA Quadrant Airbus Edition version, when you install it. my simulator recognized it immediately. the problem I have at the moment. The thing is that from one moment to the next the simulator stopped recognizing this device. Check its functional part, on the control panel and all its axes, and its buttons work normally, so I rule out physical damage. perform an update as well. of the firmware, of the device. but even so, it still doesn’t recognize my device, it happened to someone. Maybe you can give me information on how to solve this? thank you so much.
Are you talking about the sidestick or the throttle quadrant? If it is the quadrant, the most common thing about the sim unable to recognise is because the Engine 1&2 switch might have moved to the Engine 3&4 mode, which MSFS doesn’t natively have default profile for them, thus showing blank image with no bindings.
If it’s the joystick, I think it depends if you have the original version or the X version. There’s also a switch at the back to change between PC/Xbox mode that needs to check and verify.
Good morning, friend, thank you very much for your interest in helping me, indeed that was the problem, my button had moved to ENG 3 ç4 for this reason it was not being recognized in my simulator. Thank you very much, I really appreciate your help
