Problems with PMDG

Please add the msfs-2020 or msfs-2024 tag to your post, depending on which sim your post is about.

Having problems with the PMDG aircraft.

  1. The 777F and 300 both wont load the panel states. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that does not work.

  2. I purchased the upgrade for the 737-800 and I can’t see it on the OC3. Tried the same thing and changing the download location and neither of those worked.

For the future, never reinstall any of our products, just use the verify option:

If you are running FS2024, this is likely the half fixed problem where the IDENT field in aircraft selector does not get updated with the airframe.

When changing to PMDG aircraft, make sure to also specifically select a new livery before starting a flight. You should also check the airframe in the ident to make sure it is correct.
