I have been trying without success to load the Working Title G3000 module, which apparently is a great upgrade. I keep getting a message that my file names in the download are too long to be accepted in the Community Folder. There is a note in the Working Title file that this is a Windows Problem. I followed their advice, found a supposed fix on Google, but I still keep getting the same message. Anyone found a work around for this?
I used WinRAR instead of WinZIP and it then worked. I even tried upgrading to the latest WinZIP but could never get it to work when I had MSFS installed to my D: drive. After moving to C: then WinZIP would work. The posted Reg changed didn’t work for me either.
