After some digging, it appears they’ve added more than just the airport. In the end, you’ll need to choose either their version or mine, since the two aren’t compatible and will cause overlapping models if used together.
Yes, I know, I told you that. I said they’ve modelled “the walls, buildings and fences on the approach, especially to the south”, I didn’t say it was restricted to the perimeter.
I take it from your statement then that you’re not going to edit the with-airport version to accommodate the existing addon in the future. If so, you might want to change your description because the conflict still exists and people will end up wasting £15.
Thanks for the clarification.
As mentioned earlier, the no-airport version removes the airport itself so it can be used alongside other airport add-ons. They’re not the only airport available for this location, and it works perfectly with the free version of the airport.
I also don’t design my scenery around specific third-party add-ons, so compatibility with every payware airport cannot always be guaranteed. In those cases, users can simply choose which add-on they prefer to use.
Edit: I changed the descriptions to reflect new changes. Also if you are not going to use it, I will refund it.
I specifically asked about the Burning Blue Design addon before I purchased and you specifically replied to me saying you didn’t know about it and so amended your scenery. I then bought your addon and it still conflicted.
Still, I see you’ve now changed the description and offered a refund, so thank you, I will take it as I want to keep using the BBD airport. I’ve purchased all of your Seasons packs going back to 2020, including the UK version and earth FX. I’ll continue to keep an eye on what you do as I do appreciate the work you do.
Please bear in mind what I mentioned earlier about your upcoming Westray scenery as BBD modelled the airport and some proximal scenery on that too, perhaps a similar cautionary note?
Normally when I create an exclusion for an airport, removing the airport area allows the scenery to work alongside other airport add-ons without conflict. In this case, it appears the scenery extends well beyond the airport boundary, which is why the overlap still occurs.
Since I don’t have that add-on myself, I wasn’t aware of how far the surrounding scenery extended, but you did.
I’ll keep this in mind for future releases and add clearer compatibility notes where needed.
Thanks for your understanding, and I appreciate your support over the years and for purchasing the Seasons packs.
Is this a separate purchase, from where i can get this?
Thanks for your reply

Hi
Yes. It’s in my first post here. It’s a separate package available at bijanstudio.com
So far one island including the airport is done.
Bijan, absolutely wonderful work as always and I’m sure you picked this location because of some personal connection or it was just great for a testing area. However, these islands are just someplace where I would probably never have visited otherwise. I would hope that in the future you would carry on with this in areas near more popular scenery or airports where we might see these incredible scenes as we are taking off or landing.
Thank you. I’m definitely open to suggestions though, so if you have specific locations in mind, feel free to let me know.
Perhaps in the areas outside of Liverpool or Dublin airports. The areas outside the cities are dotted with small farms. Also, while I’m not sure there’s an airport close by, the landscape, farms and coastal cliffs around Dingle, Ireland are spectacular.
Love the chick’s but usually they are with the hen and not the cockrel.
Love those little details ![]()
Thanks for suggestions. I’ll check the areas and see which one I’ll do next.
Thanks…

When is it landing in the MP?
I have already submitted Papa Westray 4 days ago. It could be next Thursday or the week after.
An idea : Would it be possible to replace all the houses in a certain geographical area with your own redesigned and graphically improved versions?
For example, one pack for Western European houses, another for Southern European houses, another for the USA, another for Asia, etc.
Great idea! The main issue is that it would become a very large download, and it’s also not very practical since all of this is placed manually rather than automatically.
Maybe it could be possible in the future as the project expands, but doing entire regions with custom houses would be a pretty massive task.
