I bought a product from 4 SIMMERS and it is listed as installed on the computer, but I can’t find it anywhere in the flight simulator. I think it should be in Activities/Custom Content. In the past I have bought DC3 and it is in the hangar. The current product is called Pilot’s Life, Long haul.
If I remember correctly, this is a compilation of liveries for the B747 and B787 respectively. The product itself should be in you ‘Content manager’, where you can install or uninstall it. The liveries themselves can be found in the hangar, where you can equip them to the corresponding aircraft.
This had me confused as well. I know I didn’t buy Pilot’s Life! I opened Content Manager and scrolled down to or searched for the “PILOT’S LIFE: LONG HAUL” line. At the very far right of the highlighted line is a symbol with three dotted lines. Select it and then the screen displays the individual items in that package. From here individual items can be removed and reinstalled. I sometimes use this procedure to remove and reinstall various cities in World Updates.
