Is it possible when using Vatsim to assign a button on my joystick so that i can activate/deactivate my headsets microphone? One button toggle mode.

Yes, you’d need to do that through your pilot client software e.g. vPilot

No you can assign a PTT to a keyboard key but not on a joystick. If someone know how you can do it i am also intersted

You can assign it to a joystick. You have to assign it in vPilot (VATSIM Client).

I have IVAO Pilot and there I only assigne a keyboard key
