Pushback Express updated to V1.4 with Ground Services support

Pushback Express has been updated to Version 1.4.

The major change is Ground Service vehicle support, which allows you to simulate a realistic ‘hands off’ pre-pushback events sequence.

Important to note that the control is direct and seamless. We don’t need to go through the ATC system.

It’s a free update.

Do I need any payware add on for this to work?

It’s a stand alone product, but not freeware.

Hi,

after latest update (MSFS) Pushback Express is crashing (also CTD for the sim) after few minutes.

Using:

Version 1.4

A32NX (latest dev version)

FSUIPC (latest version)

PACX (1.1.3)

Tried now three times. No luck. Always crashed after a few minutes (not always exactly at the same time or event).

Thanks for answers.

@Watsi01 You should head to FS2crew AVSIM forum. Bryan will sort it out quickly.

Thanks. But (and I really don’t mean that in a bad way) I’m tired of signing in to the 27th forum. So I hoped someone will listen here…

Bit odd of an attitude. It’s like buying something on Amazon, and then complaining about Amazon’s service on Neweggs forums, since you don’t like all these different forums.

Thank you for your contribution.

So you’d rather post everywhere but the official support forum. Did you open a ticket I’m afraid you are looking in the wrong area for help. FS2Crew are excellent helping troubleshooting problems.

I really do not mind, ADS, FREEWARE, PAYWARE and the etc…, however, I do wish they would ALL be placed into a separate folder under the Community forums. Sometimes I read some of those threads only to discover that it is payware or freeware that makes no modiffications to the core MSFS program and just pulls away my attention to the core program faults.

Pushback Express does not sit in the Community Folder. It’s completely separate and runs outside of the sim in its own folder. The only thing that bridges it to MSFS is Simconnect.

As for the users problem, he probably has a corrupt Net install.

Try running the .Net Repair tool:

Thank you very much for your answer. I made several checks (also repair tool) and my .net installation is totally fine (I’m on Win 10 20H2). Maybe it’s the combination of things (FSUIPC, PACX, A32NX). I will do some further investigation.

Hi again,

I tried several flights without any problems. Then I went back to the airport, I had the CTDs for two times in a row. And again Pushback Express made a CDT at the gate, after a few minutes.

The airport is the marketplace payware airport CYVR (Vancouver).

(…)

EDIT: Well, just forget it. Did some further tests. The sim crashes in that area anyway. With or without PE. So thanks for you help. It seems there’s a MSFS problem with that area.

No worries

Hi

Do I need fsuipc to make it works correctly ? Cause the programm doesnt work very well with voice control, it only understand one sentence over 3 :frowning:

Plus can we control jetway, ground power,… By voice ? Do not see it in the example of sentences in the manual

You don’t need FSUIPC… it’s totally stand alone.

For voice control, you need to “Train Your Profile”. That’s important.

This is for another FS2Crew product but the setup is the same.

You should easily be getting over 90 percent voice accuracy. If you’re are a native speaker, even higher.

We don’t currently do voice commands for toggling the jetway and ground service vehicles. We’ll probably add a voice command for the GPU in the future though.
