To the community,
The game is streaming data to us, much like Netflix or any other steaming service, therefore there should be a “ quality of service ” option so users like myself may pick the level of service to match our hardware.
For example: the data could be sent in 3 forms, ULTRA, MED and HIGH FPS. This should end the agonizing decisions between Graphic Quality and Performance for all of us.
This would allow the MSFT to show off the high fidelity in the ULTRA stream and to provide options for less capable systems with MED and High FPS streams.
