Quest 2 - recent update reduced FOV?

I have had a couple of weeks away and so faced the latest flight sim update and Oculus beta update on my return. I find performance to be good (FPS seems to be 25-35 but feels smooth due to reprojection) however I now often see the edges of the display, and these do judder (my guess is that these are juddering at the non reprojection frame rate). The best way I can describe it is as if I reduced the FOV using Oculus debug tool, which I am not doing. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Many thanks

Running 10850k 3090 32gb RAM, Oculus 90hz and Max resolution (I think around X*2700), sim render scale 100 settings around high. No tray tool or debug tool but I use control+1 shortcut to disable ASW.
