Radio Off; Electrical system must be on. You know the message.
PA 28, Arrow III. Unlike some previous posts, this happens before take off, when manually starting.
No problem in auto start.
Battery and alternator on.
Radios on.
Here’s a SHORT VIDEO, tell me what i’m missing.
From the video, there’s a dial for “OFF-ON-TEST” to the right of the frequency window on the radios, it never got changed from OFF to ON.
