Just rage quit again, grinding career mode, no fun at all. Last 3 attempts at landing and I can’t reduce power resulting in heavy landing and reputation hit. Controller seems to randomly go into full pull back 3 out of 5 flights. This is terrible. Glad I didn’t uninstall 2020.

WELCOME!!! …Extend your approach yet? change sensitivity? consider a flight stick or yoke?
…try going for a long shallow approach sir, no rapid descents… what aircraft are you trying to land with?? thanks.
Did you experience the pull back shortly after disengaging autopilot?

Thanks for your response, I’m not sure it’s a technique issue, I’m often just not able to reduce power, I can hold the button as long as I want and nothing changes. I can increase power but can never get it down until I reset. This is with the cesna 172. I’ve not yet bothered to try anything else, free flight is more of a disaster in the xbox than career mode from what I’ve experienced up to now. The pull back issue seems to be a random bug as well, when the plane heads for the moon I press pause it just scrolls down to the bottom and is impossible to move. The controller is absolutely fine outside of the sim, no issues on any other game. Different controllers display the same behaviour.

Yeah, this new sim is really different in terms of flight characteristics. I tried getting that Cessna down from 9k feet, but it just gained speed till it fell apart leaving me feeling like a beginner again.
Its a known fact that turbulence in this game is really rough. I don’t know weather or not they intend to keep things as is but it IS NOT controller issues, I’m on PC with flight stick. Its just the new mechanics. Would just suggest being gentle, I have the same issues at the moment.
