Raised seatbelts in hangar cinematic views

Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it?

Yes/No (no difference)

Brief description of the issue:

After Sim Update 9, during the cinematic showcase in the hangar, the seatbelts inside the cockpit are raised, occasionally obstructing the view or clipping through the camera.
The problem seems to be that when the camera enters the cockpit it is rendered at LOD1 instead of LOD0. It does not occur with the hangar cockpit view.

Provide Screenshot(s)/video(s) of the issue encountered:

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

  1. Go to Profile → My Hangar.
  2. Watch the interior views during the cinematic showcase.

(This does not occur in the separate cockpit view).

Patrick Swayze (Sam) from the movie Ghost is sitting in one of the seats. I don’t recognize the other one.

They are showing LOD00 but with no pilots visible.

They should show LOD01 if they do not want pilots to be present in the hangar view.

I think you are right but it’s the opposite, it is LOD0 they should be showing inside.

LOD1 with the cinematic view

LOD0 with the cockpit view

Also I noticed that when the cinematic camera enters the cockpit the environmental hangar sounds do not become quieter as they used to, but they still do with the cockpit view. Could be related to this.

Still occurring with today’s 1.25.7.0 build.

Confirmed that this is still occurring with the live Sim Update 9 build, main post has been updated.

Marked as Won’t Fix.
