Not much to explain. Rally Race timer continues when pausing game during activity via ESC

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

1. start a Rally race
2. pause the game via ESC
3. see timer running in top right

All Rally Race timers continue while the game is paused. This makes it impossible to change settings (like controls), view the Free Cam, or simply pause the activity. The same behavior is observed in the Rally Race activity when launched from Activities or from the Weekly Challenge League.
