I even installed VFR Fireworks mod and yeah, the only way I can get them to spawn is at 10:00pm. Wish there were more of a window of time.

Perty cool, though I’d hoped fireworks might be of DTLA/Dodger Stadium. Still, they were all over the place, including the east San Fernando Valley. Be sure to have the Texas cities add-on from Asobo.
