ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: Very abrupt weather changes cause multiple hundred feet instantaneous altitude changes, up and down, and cause a plane on autopilot, especially when on approach, to be penalized for overspeed flaps in career mode. The plane, after being told it’s now at 2500 ft instead of 2000, dives back down, speeding up very quickly. Then, it gets told it’s now at 1700 ft and pitches up and stalls as it tries to climb back up. This cycle repeated 2 times before I just quit the game out of frustration for the overspeed flaps penalties.

Most recent issue was flying RNAV approach to KHEE in career mode, in the default C172. This occurred multiple times on approach.

I do not have any mods installed. I haven’t since launch.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? There have been previous times where this has occurred, but never so badly, so much on one flight.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Fly an RNAV approach in the C172. Be descending with flaps extended at least one notch.
- Wait for weather change to rapidly change planes perceived altitude
- watch plane violently try to adjust to perceived new altitude
