There are many flights in real aviation that are prohibited for a myriad of good reasons, including Canadian National Parks prohibiting Seaplane activities on lakes and rivers. However, if you suspend reality, there may have been occasions where the RCMP Air Services might have held “emergency drills”, like this one from Lake Louise to the Bow River in Banff in late May, via the historic DHC-2 Beaver Floatplane C-FMPC.

Very nice … brings back memories of a visit to Lake Louise where out family stayed in the hotel on the shore of that lake back in 1977 after a family tragedy. Yes, is simulation but the scenery is accurate although quite a bit better… thank you …
