I’m re-opening my post, this occurs almost every day now, usual suggestion is that the need to sync date/time and restart the PC, sometimes it work, sometimes it doesn’t.
Currently stuck at 2% Registering Packages… on the loading screen. I have no add-ons, PC date/time is synced, file integrity verified.
Upon launching the Sim, it hangs on the 2% Registering Packages… message, after couple of minutes I get a low bandwidth message (not my network issue). Tried to launch in Safe Mode, same result.
