Reactivity slider - Please Bring it Back!

Please bring back the Reactivity Slider in the Controls section. Controls are TOO TWITCHY without this setting!

It’s such an important slider to properly calibrate a Xbox controller/gamepad. Many players use one to play the sim.

Could “reactivity” also be described as “response rate”? The reason I ask is I started a recent thread about hand editing controller profiles, which works, and I was using this to tweak the Neutral point more accurately than the UI allows.

While setting up my TQ for twin turboprops I came across the old problem of very slight asymmetry when it comes to the idle point, and reverse thrust. In 2020 I would adjust the Neutral point for an axis, ensuring the white dot rested on the centre line. This usually amounted to something like 58 on one, and 60 on the other. However in 2024, you don’t have that granularity, and it jumps in increments of 5. And to make matters worse the white dot doesn’t actually move so you have to do this b…

One of the entries there is for the “AxisResponseRate”. Can anyone that still has 2020 installed check those files to see if that setting has a known value assigned to it. It’s possible you can still do this, but have to edit the file to assign a value i.e. a missing configuration item in the UI.

PLZ Asobo Microsoft we need this Slider. It makes flying with a Xbox Controller much smooth
