As an IRL licensed glider pilot, I feel I can speak to this subject with some degree of authority: don’t make gatekeeping posts that diminish the skills of other aviators. One of the rules in our Code of Conduct is that The Skies are Open for All. Whether someone chooses to fly gliders, helicopters, jet airliners, single-engine GA planes, all of the above, or anything in between, everyone is welcome in Microsoft Flight Simulator, and every type of aircraft requires its own skills to master.
