One thing that’s no realistic in msfs 2024 is the seasons throughout the world e.g it’s winter in the northern hemisphere countries but there’s no snow conditions for places like Canada, S.Korea parts of Europe. Is there a setting i need to change? I notice the EFB always shows the month of August.
Do you have your flight conditions set to Live?
Ignore the arrow, that was for another example, but same idea. In Flight Conditions make sure weather and time are set to Live.

I forgot to mention that I’m trying to fix this problem in career mode.
See existing report: Date on EFB wrong in career missions
Title updated to better reflect the issue.
Moved to User Support Hub > User Interface & Activities since career-mode related.
I also do not get seasons in career mode. Living in Buffalo, NY, this quite tarnishes the immersion of the simulator, and seems like a very simple fix.
We think this is intentional actually. The date is hardcoded to August, and the hour to morning or early afternoon, to prevent you from getting night time missions. Many airports and aircraft are missing the necessary lighting to make night missions work, so they’re currently disabled.
I think I found a workaround, at least for the seasons! I’m flying a seasonally correct career delivery mission, at least. I went into the EFB, and made sure to not only make sure the date is correct, but the time, which was set to 0:00, which isn’t a real time, I corrected to the accurate time. Perhaps that fixed it?
