The official built-in plugin for REALISTIC AIRPORT TEXTURES is not operational
After su15 it stopped working, i contacted their tech support and they confirmed this.
A few weeks later, an update was available, i installed it, and that produced the same result as in your photos. After that i removed it.

Given the presence of a bug, why does the official website still permit this plugin to be listed in the store? After purchasing, the user encountered this bug and spent time continuously troubleshooting it, which I find inexplicable!

It would hard to keep tabs on everything.
Moved to Airports that is more appropriate.
i dont know… to be fair the marketplace has become really massive… thousands upon thousands of addons so i imagine its hard to keep track of everything
So you’re saying if I own a retail store and I have a broken/unusable product, it’s not my responsibility to pull it immediately?
