RealSimGear G1000 issues post update 10

Looking for other RealSimGear G1000 users who are having button input issues post the recent update from a few days ago.
I’ve been on Beta for a couple months without issue and only now have I lost button functionality.
All of the common fixes have been attempted. Searched and can’t locate related posts, waiting on Monday to hear back from the RSG support crew.

Two things:

  1. I have a RSG GNS430 and am experiencing the same issue. No button inputs are working. I’ll try a few things tomorrow night and report back.

  2. Where did you get your amazing panel from? Custom made I assume, but where from? It’s just what I’d like to get!

Havent had much time to sim recently, but will try tonight. I second the above, sick setup…bravo👏

Ok so I’ve done some further testing and the good news is, I’ve got it working!

This, at least, is what I did…

Step 1: Delete the Realsimgear folder in the ‘Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\Community’ folder.
Step 2: Uninstall any Realsimgear programs via Add/Remove Programs in Windows.
Step 3: Reinstall fresh Realsimgear drivers via their website: Just the Downloads | RealSimGear Help Center

And voila, it worked as per normal. I hope it works as easily for you as it did for me.

It really, really does look perfect. Would there be any chance you could share your designs with us? I’m honestly keen to copy your setup!

Pretty, pretty please

better no hehe but I did my yoke 27 years ago as C182 style from some steel parts and is quite heavy and perfect with feel as IRL, of course after C182 IRL experience  it looks very worst but it has ‘no replace’ feature so many years till this time  Ok, maybe I’ll try to receive more negative feedbacks, I’ll post it today  I can fly with my yoke any aircraft like C1x2, PA34 and also B737-700, it’s fill full of my expectations heh

I have no any special sim constructed but started 13 years ago built PA34 Seneca cockpit, with own SW like station to change anything inside sim and Arduino Mega as HW, in that times with FSX still and Simconnect SDK. Somehow time passed and I didn’t found any power to continue, my bad forever…

Simply, you will not have any chance to copy something from my ‘setup’, there is nothing to.

Here it is

Now I see your wet compass  I’ve built my own with Arduino and it’s working perfectly. Price? Generally say - nothing, only programming and some HW parts available at my black box

If you think that my picture isn’t suitable to your topic with very nice your screenshot, let me know, I’ll delete it

@BobaDennis

Finally back on the sim. Followed your solution and we are golden.

Many thanks!!!
