RealSimGera Garmin GTN 750 and 650 knobs do not work

I installed TDS software and Real Sim Gear’s software to run RealSimGear Garmin GTN 750 and 650. The touch screen works great however, I can not get the knobs to work. Can anyone offer advice before I contact RealSim Gear?

Please do not use Bug Reports to report bugs when 3rd Party Hardware/Software is used. The Bug Reports category is for the base sim only; using the provided template. Report all 3rd Party bugs to that vendor.
