Recently my A320 crashes into ground every time I try to play FCR replay

In recent weeks, I can no longer play replays of my landings using the FCR. When trying to start the recording, the sim will tell me my plane (Fenix A320) has crashed, it will try to reset the flight, report crashed again in a loop until I manage to sneak an escape key in between the resets.

Trying to drag to different spots in the recording, it seems to me that the vertical component of the recording is not being recorded. My plane is where it would have been in relation to a 2D map… but at the same altitude was my plane currently is (i.e., on the ground), which triggers the crash.

When this problem first started creeping up it didn’t happen with every flight… but as of late it seems to be every flight. I believe starting after the SU4 release, so I’m not sure it makes sense this would be a new bug.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi ! You need turn off Crash damage

Thanks for the suggestion– unfortunately it it didn’t work.

Even if it did, it still would have been odd that replay worked fine up until some moment in time, then suddenly started triggering crash damage.

At the beginning of the recording, by plane still is depicted as on the ground rather than at altitude. I think FCR broke in a fundamental way somehow.

Considering a re-install, but also worried about how much reconfig I will have to do. Are all in game settings (graphical, controls) stored in cloud as opposed to local?
