Hi,
For some reason, some default based aircraft appear to be showing red strobe lights instead of white ones.
I have been able to replicate the error in the Headwind B789 and Black Square B350 which are both default-based aircraft. This error has been happening for a while now.
Anyone with an idea of what it could be?
It sounds like an addon has replaced the default strobe effect.
Neither of the indicated aircraft are stock, so this thread is being moved to User Support Hub > Aircraft & Systems as Bug Reporting Hub is strictly for a vanilla sim configuration only.
Having the same issue. I have also had this happen on FSX. Do you have any Captain Sim planes installed? I only noticed it after installing one of their planes. The only fix I know of is to uninstall everything. I tried uninstalling just CS products but the change remained. I play on xbox but if you play on pc you may be able to restore the effects folder. That will also remove any effects installed add ons specific effects so copy the file first.
Same here. I noticed it after a small update. Seems to be with some default aircraft so seems like it’s a bug on their end. I hadn’t added anything or changed anything on my end. There was an update today but it didn’t fix it for me. I’m on Xbox. Not sure why this got moved here when it definitely seems like a bug.
