The update is out on the marketplace!
Now the compass works (and beautifully so, including inclining when banking) and it even seems to be a little bit easier to handle. Not so much that I’d call it a walk in the park, but it feels like I have a better than 50 percent chance of survival now. We’ll see how the landing goes in an hour or two!
Huh, seems like the altimeter is stuck now. Can anyone else confirm?
Another edit: huh, it seems the problem was firmly placed between the yoke and the backrest. Turns out when it’s high air pressure and you’re flying at only a few hundred feet, you won’t notice the altimeter needle moving. D’uh. So all’s good, completely false alarm on my part!

I’m impressed by this addon, it’s great fun to fly the Goliath.
The only thing I’m not sure about is the sound. I think it could be improved.

according to the smoke behing , you should check for engines mixture^^
I purchased version 0.1.1 in the marketplace and noticed a bug on the colors.
in practice the wings remain like the model III also in the other passenger models.
if the wings fail, they appear the right color
can you please confirm this problem or is it only in my version.
ps the pilot is not there in the external view
Hey! I just checked. I find the same behaviour as you, the wings don’t seem to change unless I toggle some damage. To my knowledge that wasn’t the case in previous versions. I’m not 100% certain though as I usually fly the “III” livery.

I’m afraid that with the update to 0.1.1 they messed up the passenger version.
with the cargo version everything is fine.
all that remains is to wait for a new patch to fix it
Just got this and it’s absolutely fantastic, it’s quite manageable to fly once you get used to it. Been having great fun trying to fly it at night and in bad weather.
Already had to replace an engine! Nice touch to have new engine brought out and the crane put up
There’s a couple weird bugs with it but nothing major, the altimeter doesn’t read correctly in metres, but does in feet etc. But nothing you can’t work around
Would love to see more old peculiar aircraft like this, although they need to find a better source of engine noises cos these are pretty bad…
