I inverted my FSM-GA buttons 3(NAV) and 9 (AP) to show RED and then Green while pressed down.
can you make the LED indicate is AP, NAV or any of the other functions is selected in the sim? I do not care if is changes when I push it. I would like it to turn on or a different color when that function is armed or set in the sim.
No, they said that the LEDS only reflect the action done on the FSM-GA only.
Push a button and the LED changes color.
I would also like the LEDS to indicate the state of the Sim.
Well for the price of the unit it is still a deal and I can live without the led indicating the sim.
I love it.
So much easier to enter altitudes, VS, and heading for me.
Plus the other buttons: Landing gear, Approach, Flaps, and Spoilers.

It is a great bit of kit, and an absolute bargain.
I have changed sticks now from a Gladiator to MCGU & Gunfighter, and from 2 x THQ to a STECS throttle, but I kept the FSM-GA and SEM from the NXT range as they are just so useful. Apart from selecting time & weather presets and clicking ‘Fly,’ you can pretty much set up the whole flight with barely a touch of the keyboard or mouse.
If you know how to run a python code, i have created a simple script to manage all the LEDs of my VKB 2THQ+SEM+FSM-GA. Landing gear lights blink when in transit too. Github user LeeTrout created the original code for the FSM-GA and i just updated it for the 2THQ+SEM+FSM-GA
All the LED’s except A1, A2, B1, B2 and B3 on the SEM are mapped to actual MSFS status. I don’t know yet what to do with these 5 LED’s but if you look at the code it is not too difficult to implement those too, if you want.
Give it a shot and let me know if it works.

Heading Sync is now properly implemented.
HDG SYNC (Push Button HDG/TRK) = SET AP CURRENT HDG
AP = Toggle Autopilot Master
(missing from Causals list)
Rotary Dials working a little better now. You can very fast spin a few turns & they will carry on but only about 5-6 degrees after you stop turning.
Slow or medium fast is accurate without drifting past desired heading.

Does GNX FDM-GA support MFS2024 using abovementioned middleware?
MobiFlight now supports VKB device LEDs, including the FSM-GA. MobiFlight also gives responsive upgraded encoders for VKB devices provided that you follow the tutorial.

It includes a sample profile which gives the FSM-GA full functionality in the MSFS 2020 and 2024 without any in-sim bindings required. The sample profile uses the FSM-GA as the main GNX USB hub device, so if you are running it off of another VKB device then you will need to adjust the button numbers accordingly.

Being new to MobiFlight, I used Untoldforce Flightsim.to for my set up.
It has the led function. All off by default, on when in use.
I have the GNX Dual THQ + FSM-GA Combo set up as one unit, so I had to reset some assignments. Fairly easy and obvious to correct.
100/1000 have errors, but function as should ( asked about it on the site )
Highly Recommend MobiFlight if you use VKB.
Untoldforce’s programming set up is great too!
VNAV remains a custom LVAR - you’ll need Mobiflight or other external utility to invoke it.
The Heading Sync isn’t the same as the Lubber Line sync as far as I can tell.
