Reformat computer

Hi

I wish to reformat my computer and am seeking advice regarding MSFS.
My questions are:

1. If I save C:\Users\tipst\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe
   which is currently 250gig in size
2. Uninstall/Reinstall C:\MSFS SDK
3. Export any reference to MSFS in Registry
4. Folder in C:\Users\tipst\AppData\Local\FlightSimulator (28.2KB)

to a backup HD.

Will I cover everything that will preclude me from having to download 250gig of MSFS
from Windows Store after reinstallation of Windows 10 ?

I would appreciate advice/assistance before I proceed with reformat.
