ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: In SU2 a fix was deployed that fixed the issue of live weather data incorrectly mixing with historical data and 2 models apparently fighting each other. This bug has been re-introduced in SU3 and Live weather again seems to be mixing with incorrect/historical data when it should not be.
