Brief description of the issue:

The game’s main thread is performing a solid block of cpu work for 250ms every 750ms, making the game unplayable.

Here is a system capture detailing one of the gaps above. The pink bars each represent a rendered frame. You can see the gpu is barely breaking a sweat (the green bits between the pink bars), then the top cyan line performs a giant block of work for 250ms while no frames are rendered.

Here is a zoomed out view of a second capture while in non-VR mode to demonstrate that the issue continues when not running in VR mode.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

In this case, I loaded into KBFI with a C172 (steam gauge) current time (near sundown). Have not played the game recently, so it’s unclear if this started with the latest update, or newest nvidia drivers or what.
