REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Launch the game

  2. open free flight

  3. fly or run around the plane

  4. crash to desktop

  5. Uninstalled Nvidia app

  6. Turned off variable refresh rate

  7. No mods or airports

This is a brand new build. Troubleshooting steps I’ve taken:

  8. Tested other games for long periods such as Cyberpunk 2077 and Silent Hill 2 remake (they run fine on ultra settings with ray tracing)

  9. Updated BIOS from motherboard manufacturer

  10. Updated AMD chipset driver

  11. Turned off ray tracing

  12. Latest windows updates

  13. Tried old Nvidia driver and newest one

  14. Set high performance mode in Nvidia control panel

  15. Tried turning on max fps to 120

  16. Turned off GPU scheduling

  17. Turned off Game mode

  18. No Overclocking anywhere

  19. Ran a hardware test using Furmark and 3D Mark for 30 minutes - “Great” result

  20. Tried increasing rolling cache to 64GB

  21. Turned off variable refresh rate

  22. Tried SU3 beta, still crashing.
