been out of town. this is what did the trick for me.
after updating
xbox conslole
xbox bar
xbox live
win 10 update to 20H2
this is what is allowing me to download the whole game again.
Step 1. Disable Window Auto Tuning Level
- In the Windows search bar, type Command and look for ‘Command Prompt’
- In the menu select “Run as administrator”
- Enter: netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disable
- Press enter

Thanks everyone for the suggestions! Unfortunately, none of them worked. I have opened a ticket to see what Microsoft says.
Disabling auto tuning didn’t fix the issue, but capped my 50mbps internet to 10. Hahaha, computers amuse me.

Unfortunately not. Had to reinstall everything. =/
Just hoping for that to never happen again. I’m actually afraid of opening FS2020. It might not load heeheheh.
