Here is a happy freewere contribution to all simulation lovers who want to live the experience of fireworks on New Year’s Eve in Copacabana, one of the most famous in the world, inside MSFS.
Every year, transatlantic ships and other leisure boats gather around the beach to follow the show, which normally lasts 15 minutes, with a music show and other festivities. It’s beautiful!
I, as a resident of Rio de Janeiro, every year since 2015 I take pictures of the fireworks, as shown in some of the images below, and it is a very special moment for everyone who enjoys spectacles in the sky.
The biggest television networks in Rio de Janeiro broadcast the event live using H125 and R44 helicopters, usually one of them behind Christ the Redeemer and the other flying over Copacabana beach, so it is a tip for pilots to redo this flight on occasion. I don’t need to tell you how amazing it is to sail boats around all of this. Try it!
