These are always located in News and Announcements.

Yes, there is WhisperyCart948.
Go to the Marketplace, then Top Freeware and click on “World Update XVI: Caribbean”, even if you have already downloaded it. The Release info is there. Good luck.
It is WU16 and not WU17 as mentioned in the title.
