Second rendition of KRIC, following Axonos’ version a month or so ago. This looks better than FeelThere’s usual standard, and features a basic interior (which Axonos’ does not). Comparing ground images of the real airport with both sim versions, Axonos’ is definitely more accurate, except for the taxiway edges, which look a bit too dark.

The only thing I didn’t care for with the AXONOS version is their inability to resolve runway terrain issues. Currently 16 has a serious terrain issue in the left side and after reaching out to their team, they’re saying it’s a Microsoft/Asobo issue.
Yet other developers manage to find a solution. I had the same with Pilot’s LEAL. If FeelThere’s doesn’t have this problem, it’s a dev issue, not an Asobo issue.
How bad is the terrain in Axonos’? And is everything else decent? With no interior I’m particularly concerned how the windows look from the outside.

As a Richmond native, I think they did a really good job with the airport. The interior modeling isn’t a huge bummer for me, but would’ve been nice. Their static aircraft are absolutely horrible and I quickly removed them. I was happy to see they added the two 757s that have no registration on them on the eastern part of the field.
But back to the terrain… on runway 16, it’s pretty terrible on one side. Here is a test video I did to show it off and this is what I submitted to them.

Overall I think it’s a good product, but I hope they’ll look into this a bit more.
