Correct. I am also not an expert into the details, but you will never exceed 270 kts IAS in the HJet, but as you climb to higher elevations your TAS (true air speed) and GS (ground speed) will increase significantly.
I happen to be on a short flight right now, cruising at FL200, and as you can see, my IAS is right around 265 kts, but looking over at the GS on the MFD you can see it’s right around 375 kts. If I were to climb to even higher elevations, the TAS and GS would increase even more:
