Just found a bug, trying to do a VATSIM flight.
Nevermind of what position transponder knob is set to, it’s always in Altitude Reporting mode for vPilot, therefore Mode C is always enabled in vPilot.

Im just saying 50 quid is a lot to drop on a plane, would be nice to try first.
Why have you got a fusion reactor in your house?
I totally agree with you but I think the industry realized they lose more than they win by offering demos… I would have saved hundreds of $ if every 3rd party aircraft offered a demo version because I don’t fly the majority of them. But I agree, it could be an expensive mistake for people who can’t afford it.
Honestly it’s worth it. Really nice job, fun to learn to fly. My virtual hanger is littered with £20 regrets. 2.5 × of those is the cost of this beauty and I’m likely going to fly this one a lot.
The CRJ was expensive but I flew it solidly for 4 months, so in the end it works out less expensive per use than many other cheaper aircraft which are gathering virtual dust.
This one will be the same. Lots of use ahead.
We’re currently trying to find the cause as we’re setting the MSFS transponder mode according to the transponder mode selector position.

We provided demos for all our in-house P3D aircraft and even some of our XP11 aircraft (pretty rare for that simulator) but unfortunately we’re technically unable to do that in MSFS at the moment.

I seem to be having a strange issue with the flaps not working in my 146, I’ve checked all of the bindings, but can’t find anything wrong. They work fine on other aircraft, but not on the 146 - anyone else had a similar issue? I’m assuming it’s some sort of conflict with another add-on, but just want to check if anyone else has seen something similar.
But it just isn’t the done thing in the flight simming industry. Very few (if any) developers have ever done this, and with good reason. It opens their product to piracy, AND they’ll lose more sales than they’ll gain.
Ah, excellent, many thanks.
It is but I don’t think you’d be disappointed if you took the plunge with it. The general consensus here is that it’s excellent. I realise that liking it is down to personal preference but if the product is really good then I’d imagine the chances of you being dissatisfied with it are pretty low.
Actually for the older sims and XP11 Just Flight do have trial versions of some of their planes. They tend to be fully featured versions of their planes but with time limits and max altitude/distance you can fly. The XP11 version of the 146 has a trial for example. A dev posted earlier that they can’t do this in MSFS though for technical reasons I guess.
As for MSFS I know at least one kinda trial plane: Ant’s Airplanes Drifter Ultralight. They released a freeware version which is basically a stripped down version of the full payware but you can still fly it around all you want. Not a proper trial I guess but close enough.
I couldn’t set flaps at takeoff, however on landing aircraft audio instructs flaps percentages and the come alive. I really need to read the manual, give it a try
I’m not saying it hasn’t happened before. But I am saying it’s quite rare. The vast majority of add on aircraft are sold without a trial version.
But not that rare for Just Flight It’s a shame they can’t do it for MSFS as I bought a number of their planes for FSX based on their demos. Handy for making sure that they’d actually run on your system as well.
Maybe one day they’ll figure out a means to offer demos for MSFS as well. Would be cool.
This aircraft is fantastic for doing radio nav with. It’s growing on me for this purpose just as the Warrior & Arrow Turbo did. I’m now just taking off with no flight plan, no GPS & following VOR’s and intercepting radials and then ILS. I really like the NAV 1 NAV 2 display on the DBI with 2 DME’s shown. You can effectively display angles to/from both VOR’s and distance to/from both on same instrument (assuming they have a DME signal). One counting up and one counting down. Very nice!
It took me a while to suss out that NAV 2 frequency tuning dial was waaay over to the right on the co-pilot side in case you haven’t found it yet, and no it’s not an LED display.
I still haven’t figured out how to display an NDB/ADF signal yet, it’s meant to go on same DBI I think, but unsure how to activate it on the ADF panel on the centre console between the seats. It’s hard to read the dials at such a low down angle. Will go delve into the manual again.
EDIT: I was able to get the ADF to display on the DBI showing NDB direction. NOTE: The ADF panel is differently located compared to the training video as the late fitted WT FMC takes up space that it wasn’t doing at time of when training video was made.
The cockpit lighting is nice too. Just turned it on for the first time.
I will say the words, JustFlight are to date the best developers on MSFS 2020, in the space of 2 days counting May 1st we are already at version 0.1.2, which can boast of paying as much attention to his clients ? I live in Bordeaux, you can believe me that I have already gone to deposit letters directly in the mailbox of Asobo with respect to the concerns that many people know around the world, without answer
On a public holiday weekend (here in UK) too. People usually are spending time with family or off doing other stuff, definitely not working or indeed releasing patches for that matter. Above an beyond support. I hope they can at least pencil in a day off tomorrow.
Hello, I can’t capture the ILS after several flights in Madrid and in Barcelona it has not been able to capture the glide slope, I have tried above the altitude and a little below what is established in the navigation charts, with full flaps and 140 145 kts approach speed, HSI mode in NAV and G/S + V/L modes activated with the corresponding ILS frequency
