Remove ice after landing

If your plane ices up, the ice will only go away after you get to warmer air. But if you landed your plane, especially at an airport, in the real world you’d jump out and scrape as much ice off as you can.

So it would be great to have a feature (key bindable) that allows you to remove the ice, but only if the plane is in the landed and engine off state.

Yes,

logical feature, it can be binded with some Key shortcut f.ex. Question is if you start plane and start de-ice which does all related component to be de-iced, if this can be enough. Say we about Cessna, it has only Pitot heat or Carburator also. Hope snow or ice can’t be on ailerons or fuselage with huge/big mass. All is depended where you are (airports with de-ice systems, little airports,…).

This would be specially handy if you land someplace that’s still <0C. (since you can fly w/o icing at <0C depending on humidity etc.)

That’s exactly what happened to me when I flew out of Telluride.
