I don’t know if it is the correct section, I was trying to remove indicators from the external view , I mean speed, altitude, AOA etc, where is this settings?

Use the drone camera view and somewhere in the control settings you can map the TOGGLE CONTROL CAMERA / CONTROL AIRCRAFT to a key somewhere.
This way you can get the view you want then toggle control over and you are flying the aircraft from that view with no instruments.
