ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Upon using numeric tuning (not sliders) of horizontal, vertical and roll offsets some input is ignored. It seems that any value less than 1.5 and greater than -1.5 is ignored. I tried modifying the vertical from 2.3 to .5 and was ignored. Also, when the vertical offset slider left a value of -0.5, I tried to change the value to 1. It was ignored as the view did not move.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
Every time. I added 2 new monitors and therefore, 2 rendered windows. Every time I try to align to the main view.
